If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase from The Boston Globe Store, you may return* the merchandise prepaid for a full refund within 30 days of delivery - no questions asked or hassles at all. If the return was due to a manufacturing defect then all shipping charges will also be refunded. Just make sure it's in like-new condition and packed securely in the original packaging material. Products returned damaged, worn, or with missing parts will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price determined on a case by case basis.

 

*Back issues of the newspaper, custom ordered photos, and custom ordered page reproductions cannot be returned. If defective or damaged they will be replaced without charge.

 

How to return merchandise: 

  • Simply mail back your order.
  • With your package please include your Order ID# if you have it. If not, include your name and contact information.
  • Merchandise not returned in the same salable condition (i.e. like-new, original packaging included) in which it was received will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% on a case-by-case basis.
