No Hassle Satisfaction Guarantee

 

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase from The Boston Globe Store, you may return* the merchandise prepaid for a full refund within 30 days of delivery - no questions asked or hassles at all. If the return was due to a manufacturing defect then all shipping charges will also be refunded. Just make sure it's in like-new condition and packed securely in the original packaging material. Products returned damaged, worn, or with missing parts will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price determined on a case by case basis.

 

*Back issues of the newspaper, custom ordered photos, and custom ordered page reproductions cannot be returned. If defective or damaged they will be replaced without charge.

 

Additional Policies & Disclaimers:

+ Missing products or shipments must be reported within 30 days of order placement to be eligible for refund or replacement.

 

+ If you purchased a product from The Globe Store and see it being sold for less by The Globe Store within 30 days from the date of purchase The Globe Store will refund you the difference.

 

+ The Globe Store reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if necessary.

 

+ The Globe Store assumes no liability for errors, typos or misprints on its website or in its advertising.
