GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

The Boston Globe Store strives to keep shipping and handling costs as low as possible for its customers. Primarily, our shipping costs are generated by real time quotes that are based on a product's weight, your zip code, and if we can ship multiple product orders together. 

• Please note, multiple product orders may ship from different warehouses and arrive separately.
  
• Handling costs encompass packaging material and certain warehouse fees.

If shipping and handling charges look high to you, before or after the sale, please call 617-929-2969 and we'll review. If possible, we will gladly adjust.

EXPEDITED & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Primarily we ship US Post Office Priority Mail. Call 617-929-2969 for the availability of expedited/overnight or international delivery.

Free shipping offers do not apply to international orders.

TIME TO DELIVERY 

The majority of orders ship within 1 business day from the time they are placed. Often orders will ship same day if placed by 1 PM EST. Even though, please allow up to two weeks for delivery (Except for December when special shipping policies apply). Occasionally, we may offer products (e.g. made-to-order photos or merchandise shipped directly from a manufacturer) that will take longer to arrive than inventoried items. These special circumstances will be noted on the product's detail page.

Please note, The Globe Store may change shipping carriers or upgrade services (no extra charge) as circumstances dictate to fulfill your order.

Priority Mail: 2-3 days transit time*

Media Mail: 7-10 days transit time*
(Media Mail may be used for books & DVDs)

Express Mail: 1-2 days transit time

* Please note, the time to receive an order is not the same as shipping transit time. Time is also needed to pick and pack an order, usually one day.
