Missed Deliveries: Your newspaper should be delivered by 6:30 a.m. Monday - Saturday and by 7:30 a.m. Sunday. If you do not receive your newspaper, please call us as soon as possible by telephone at (508) 791-4600 or (800) 922-8200.

If you live in the city of Worcester or Shrewsbury, please call (508) 791-4600 or (800) 922-8200 before 10 a.m. Monday through Saturday, or before 11 a.m. Sunday. We will deliver today's paper to you. If you live outside of Worcester or Shrewsbury, we will do our best to deliver today's paper to you.

Special Requests: For special requests, not covered elsewhere in the Subscription Center, please fill out all the fields on this form and click Send. We will contact you within 1 business day (Monday - Friday).
