Will my paper stop on the paid through date?
Your T&G subscription will continue to be delivered for a limited time unless you tell us otherwise. If you would like your paper to stop on the paid through date, please contact the customer service department at (508) 791-4600 or (800) 922-8200 or email us.

If I call customer service to report a missed delivery, how can I tell if I received a credit on my account?
When we credit your account we do not change the amount of your next payment, we extend your paid through date to reflect the day or days you were missed.

What is EasyPay?
We charge your credit card or financial institution account 30 days before your last paid through date every 4, 8, 13, 26, or 52 weeks depending on which option you choose. This too can include an optional tip for the carrier.  You also enjoy the convenience of automatic renewal. You can sign up for credit card billing on our secure server.

How much notice do I need to give to stop my paper for vacation?
If you call our customer service department Sunday through Thursday your account can be stopped the very next day. Call us before 2 p.m. Friday to stop for Saturday delivery. If you call on Saturday, your subscription can be stopped for the following Monday. You can also notify us online.

How does my carrier get her tip if I enclose it with my payment?
Each carrier receives a weekly invoice which includes the tip amount and the address of the customer giving the tip.

How does your billing system work?
We are a pay-by-mail system: we send you a bill and you may pick a payment option ranging from 4 to 52 weeks. A four-week payment option is available if you choose EasyPay.

We bill you for your T&G subscription as follows

  • For new accounts, we send out the first bill the Monday after your subscription starts. The second bill goes out two weeks later.
     
  • For renewal accounts you will receive your renewal bill 35 days before your paid-through date. You will then receive a blue renewal reminder notice with your paper 10 days before your paid through date in case the first bill did not arrive.
